On this job we had the task of bringing some life back to the old Griffin heating building and two outbuildings. It had been some time since they had a fresh coat of stain applied so here is what we did. First a light hand sand, then a brightening solution and power wash, then mask and stain with Deck Tech #6 custom stain.
