This was a sand, brighten, pressure wash, and stain. A full power sand on the deck and rail cap with a light hand sand on the pickets. Also full pressure wash and stain on the underneath side of the deck.

Wash and stain with Waterborne Stains @ Widgi Creek
This was a deck that has been treated with a waterborne stain in the past so you must stick with a waterborne stain as oil stains and water stain do not mix.
